I fought & fought for this rebate last year. I finally got the rebate for the one-gallon buckets I bought, but it was after a LOT of back and forth with customer service. They never would give me the rebate for the 5 gallon bucket because of the way the online receipt was worded, even though the bucket and the UPC showed exactly what the rebate offered. The store (local) said they would give me a store credit, but I had to spend over the credit amount for them to give me the credit which didn’t seem fair since it was supposed to be a rebate which I wouldn’t have even had to spend there. They said they have had more problems than success with this rebate. Sorry to be a killjoy – it seemed like such a good deal when we were painting our new house!
Same for me….I bought the 5 gallon cans for the exact items listed on the rebate and they down right refused to honor it saying the receipt didn’t show I purchased the qualifying items.
Hmmm… so maybe the 5-gallon buckets are more of the issue since I did eventually get my rebate for the one gallon cans.

Last year they told us ours didn’t qualify even though it matched what their forms said. Never got our rebate. Feeling hopeful this year and bought paint today. We are planning to paint the whole house so this came at a great time!
Anyone have feedback on submitting the rebate to Lowe’s? Seth are both having the same deal, after reading the comments, I’m wondering if I should go there instead.

Looks like I have to contact customer service. My May 19 receipt has gallon cans of “Glidden Prem Int Flat Base”, but the rebate site says There were no qualified products eligible for a rebate based upon the sales receipt information provided.

Does each can of paint need to be on a separate receipt? Can I buy five one gallon paint cans in one transaction and get $50 back in rebates? Or buy each can as it’s own transaction? Has anyone submitted online?

Just bought 2-3 gal can of stain that was suppose to get a rebate of $40. off each can but do you think I could get it to work ? NO, I think it was a scam. and the deck cleaner that was going to get money back on . No I think some on e should look in on this. It does not work like they say it will.I to would like customer service phone #.
