  Hey there! It appears children’s footwear sizes start at 1 and go all the way up to size 13 1/2, then start over again at 1. Hope that helps!

   Hi all,
   The I tried and promo code does not work on Converse Brand however, if you call Kohls and mention that and ask them they will be kind enough to reimburse the shipping cost !
