Hi, Courtney–I ran into the same issue, and asked them via Kohl’s chat, and the rep told me shipping is free if I order by kiosk in the store. Definitely gonna try it, cause shipping’s way high otherwise. Good luck!
Courtney, I’m not sure if there is a Kohl’s nearby your house, but I was able to order from my Kohls app while in the store yesterday and get free shipping. You just have to purchase the items on the app while you are physically in the building — I was sitting near the dressing room and wasn’t in the kiosk area.
