I was able to find some Carter’s things for my infant son; however, I found the clearance for older kids to be lacking or still priced kinda of high.
Didn’t read the fine print but the Cartwheel did not work on my Disney clearance shirt. It did work on the Cat & Jack one.

I have baby clearance clothing items in my cart online and KIDS20 doesn’t work … ? Maybe it only works on baby items in the store.

I just went to Target yesterday and bought my daughter two shoes that were on clearance am I able to go to the store and see if they will apply this discount to my purchase from yesterday and give me the difference?
Yes. You may have to return and rebuy with cartwheel.
This doesn’t work on infant items in store either
