This comes on every receipt from a Nike Factory Store, Clearance Store, Outlet Store. Everyone gets it. Not a limited or special offer. Maximum allowed is 2 per email per week.
I do this all the time. Nike Outlet does the 3 day sale % off clearance clothing (usually 30% once or twice its 40%) or back wall shoes up to 30%. Use the Nike gift card when the store does the additional % off sale to save even more. Nike has really good stuff but this is how I get their products for an affordable price!

They have been giving out the free $10 gift card for like a year now!! It’s awesome!! You can score free socks for the kids and even clearance tshirts!! I almost always find something for free or pretty close. Def worth filling out the surveys. They are super easy!

Looks like the Gift Card amount get reduced by half to $5 now for each survey successfully completed. No complaints but gone are the $10 days now. 🙁
