I bought this last Christmas for my teen son. He weighs 130# and sits in it daily for homework and computer stuff. It is sturdy and nice looking but the padding and cushion does not last a long time. It’s only been 8-9 months and I find it very uncomfortable now. You’d need to add a seat cushion already.
