I bought the Mickey for more than this price but the quality is not that of the graco style car seats. I recently switched it to a Graco when a sale was posted here and I can say the comfort, and quality are superior to at least the Mickey version.
I think in this case you get a lower end car seat for the price. It could be ok for price consciousness, just do not expect too much.
