We got these a few weeks ago and the house is really nicely designed and sturdy. My very tall 6 year old had plenty of room inside and even slept in it a couple of nights.

Got two for the local Santa shop a couple of weeks ago. Ten dollars is the right price for this item.
Got one at the end of last summer clearanced for $9. We actually got it out this morning and started coloring. It is going to take awhile to color but kids enjoyed it!

Got the last gingerbread house at my local Michaels this morning. Used the 50% off coupon on their website to get cheap markers to go with it. Hoping it keeps the kids entertained at out “friendsChristmas” this weekend.
