   Thanks for the tip. You’ve inspired me to put together a New Year’s Eve party kit for my neighbors. They gave me a tin of homemade cookies for Christmas, and I’ve been looking for a way to say thank you. I think NYE party plates, napkins, banner, horns, and hats will be a creative way to say thank you.
