We have both Disney books and they are GREAT! Just know that some of the stories repeat. My 5 year old didn’t seem to mind much though.
Kelly, which book would you recommend as the better book to keep longterm? I have 2 young granddaughters, one being 3 who loves everything DISNEY but only one book is in the budget. She loves books but I want to remember that the reader (family member) might not want to read very long stories. I’m leaning toward the Christmas Storybook Collection but someone said that the stories are longer. Would they be good for a very attentive 3 year old? I also heard that the Countdown book was a very condensed book with not too many pics. Please advise what you think about them both if you have a minute to respond. Thanks!
I’ve bought the Christmas countdown book for my son(2 yrs) and my nephew (5 yrs). They both like it. The fact that there’s a countdown to Christmas Eve was a big factor. It gets them excited about Christmas. The stories are short and that’s perfect for my two year old’s attention span. He also loves the countdown and likes reading the numbers out each night.
Just ordered the countdown book for our elf to bring my daughter when he returns this year. We have a tradition of him bringing her a book, pjs and candy canes.
What a cute idea! Thanks for sharing with us!
