At this time last year I got an art easel that was $40 for $12. Forgot the brand. Not as cute as this one but better deal. Finally used as Bday gift last month.

I bought this exact easel on clearance at my Target for $10 after Christmas. I went to put it together last night, and when I tried to screw the bolts in for the tray, 3 out of the 4 parts with the threads that are supposed to hold the bolts in (Sorry – I don’t know the technical term) popped out of the inside, so there was no way to get the tray to stay. Without the tray attached, the easel is designed to fold flat, so it poses a collapse risk. There was no number to call on the directions, so I’m going to have to see if Target will take it back. What a shame – I was so excited to find such a great deal!

I bought this easel as a Christmas gift for my daughter at this price ($17) the week of Thanksgiving. It’s a great value! My daughter loves the paper roll, dry erase board, and the chalk board is particularly nice. Sometimes chalk boards can leave marks behind even after they are cleaned, but this one cleans up like new! The height is also adjustable which is a plus as well!
