I just tried using my 30% off in the stores and it wouldn’t scan. I added it to my wallet just fine, and it worked online when I went to check how much it was off, but the register wouldn’t accept it. I ended up using the 20% off I got directly from Kohl’s but definitely could have used that extra 10% 🙁
Christine did you use it online first? If so it’s a one time use coupon so you can’t use online and then in store. There is a 30% code though for card holders that can be used as many times as possible.
She was probably trying to use the hip2save mystery code. Because when this was first posted it said it was good for in store also and it looks like a regular coupon when you add it to the Kohls app. The word in store has been removed from the post now. But I wonder how many people tried using it in-store and couldn’t. I would have been one of them.
I saw someone on the site say they spent an hour shopping only to find out at the register they couldn’t use the 40% H2S code.
I just reread the post and it now says online only. Oh well. At least I had the 20% one.
I used my H2S one online with no issue, I’m glad iI didn’t go to the store to try to use it if they’re not working I’d be bummed.
I got two coupons, the H2S and the one from Kohls. The one from Kohls was already loaded in my wallet, so I knew it was 20% off, so I loaded my H2S one and saw it was 30%. I was going to the store to buy shoes for my kids so I figured since the email said in-store or online, I could use it in the store. The register scanned it, but didn’t take anything off. I switched to the one from Kohls (the 20% off one) and it took that fine.
I just now tried my 30% off online and I can get it to take it off of my cart items, but I haven’t checked out yet. Guess it’s online only?
