Is anyone getting this to work? When I try it says that the code is not valid. I have never been a premium member, so I do qualify according to their terms.
I just clicked thru my email. I didn’t have to put in a code.
Me too.
Being able to upgrade SurePost will be great!
Yes same here! It keeps doing the same thing to me too!
No email here. I do have Shoprunner free thru my AmEx so that may be why.
When I put the code in the Promotion Code area for upgrading my account it says “code no longer available.” Email says it should be good through 2/13.
This deal was posted early this morning on slick deals and people that are not actually members got/generated codes and UPS shut the promo early. It sucks because I live on west coast and the deal was dead before I even woke up ;(
Darn. Did you receive the email?
Not working for me. I received the email, but when I try to use the code, it says that the promotional code is no longer valid.
Oh bummer. Are you clicking through the link in your email to apply the code? Hope that helps!
I had a different experience to share. Tried to sign up for MyChoice. There is a box for a promo code near the end of the form. When you put it in, it says doesn’t belong there. Requires you to sign up for the regular service first, and then change your preferences to get the premium service. Then why have a box there for the promo code?
The next screen wanted to validate my identity using either a phone call, a text or using questions. I tried them all and nothing worked. Finally got a message, “Sorry we’re having technical difficulties”. So I just wasted 30 minutes, and still have no MyChoice. No wonder Amazon is launching their own delivery service.
It just worked for me. I skipped the promo code.
SO glad you could score the offer Tina! 🙂
I just opened the email and clicked the link / and signed up. Did not do anything with the promo code. Everything worked smoothly. I’m signed up. Took 2 minutes.
Oh perfect! Thanks for sharing how easily the offer applied for you Candy! Good to know!
What do you put for user ID?
UPS Mychoice IS free!!!
But Premium My Choice is not.
No email for me. Bummer.
Darn!
I also have free shop runner through AMEX and I DID receive the email.
Me too but mine did not work. Did yours?
I got the email last night and the code did not work. I called ups this morning and they said that code was never in their system and ShopRunner gave me a very old code, and I should contact them. I contacted them and they said I’m sorry the promotion has expired. I asked what that means since I got a code in my email, she responded I’m sorry the promotion has expired. She told me let’s say we sent out 100 codes, only 50 of them will work, and I said how can that be if I got an email with a code. I got nowhere in that conversation because she kept saying I’m sorry the promotion has expired.
