This is kind of petty but I can’t understand why the same items are sometimes priced differently at local CVS stores. The one store near where I live is always higher than the one near where I work. 🤷♀️
Same here. They said they price according to the market surrounding the area. Target does the same thing. I find it a bummer as well that it’s always more at my stores than what is on the blogs, so I always have to allow for that.
Regarding Target, Price match online or order for pick up. My store is also more expensive. This is how I have to shop there.
I agree. I have 2 CVS stores near me (about 2 miles apart), and one always has higher prices than the other. And the higher priced store rarely has as many discounted items.
hi, all. in case this helps anyone — i have been trying out lots of different mascaras over the past year, to find some new favorites. i have the same one pictured in the top of this post, the Argan Oil variety, that i got on a similar deal. it is not a good one, in my opinion — it is SCENTED, first of all! that was very surprising to me, since it is not clearly labeled on the front of the pkg as scented, but the back says it in subtle letters. it is like having perfume drifting around your eyes and nose all day, kind of disconcerting. and worse, it contains powdery clumps in the formula, and has no staying power. it runs during the day if it’s windy outside, or if my eye waters just a tad (like if i sneeze), it easily ends up leaving raccoon marks under the eye.
Physician’s Formula makes LOTS of mascaras. i would love to hear opinions about the others, based on personal experience. thanks! hope this helps someone to choose their best option.
or, did anyone have a different experience with this particular formula? i had hoped the argan oil would seem so luxurious!
Good to know. Thank you for the feedback. Perfumes cause me irritation and sometimes allergies, especially during allergy season, so that is very helpful.

I LOVE the Argan Oil mascara. It is slightly scented (I assumed b/c of the Argan Oil), but I do not find it overpowering at all and after a few minutes I don’t even smell it anymore. I find this one lifts my lashes and elongates them better than some of the other mascaras I’ve tried. The 2nd best I like from PF is the Organic Wear Defining (cream tube w/green top) Everyone is different though. I know a lot like the pink/green Maybelline Great Lash, but that one is my least favorite and does nothing for my lashes. I’m gonna try the Organic Wear Lengthens & Lifts (black tube) this time.
You’re right. It is very scented and it lingers forever! I personally love scented products but I couldn’t stand the smell, it smelt nothing like argon oil (that I loveeee the scent of!) it smelt kinda like baby powder and honey to me. It’s a shame, I liked how it made my eye lashes look but I couldn’t deal with the scent. I do love their lip plumping gloss included in this deal though! I’ve went through many tubes 🙂
I like cover girl peacock flare or when I spurge the better than sex mascara. I have pretty decent long lashes already tho.
The original organic wear is a good one. Its not a falsies look but a good enhanced natural look.
I got some mascara free thanks to hip2save awhile back. It was physicians formula which I never would have bought otherwise (due to price without discounts). I LOVED it! I got the Va Va Vroom mascara, red tube with black lacey designs on it. I do think it was maybe higher priced than this one but I did not like the organic with green top. It caked up too much for me. But everyone is different. Just thought I’d share my thoughts 🙂

I noticed my at CVS today that all of the Physicians Formula makeup was gone. The manager told me they stopped carrying it a couple weeks ago. I asked her if the other stores in the area had also stopped or if it was just that store. She said she thinks all of the Atlanta area stores no longer carry that brand.

I’m in Plano, Tx Physician formula and wet n wild cosmetic is gone. They also cleared the essence of beauty fragrance from the store…

I had $3 off pf, $3off $12 cosmetics, and $4 off $10 wet n wild- got pg concealer, 2 ww lip gloss and eyeliner for $11.50 and got back $12! Sweeeet!!! I like the new lipgloss too! Similar to nyx matte 🙂
I love the red tube va va vroom and it has a vanilla cupcake scent! I love how it smells and makes my eyes look alive! I would recommend it!

The Physicians Formula pH Matchmaker pH Powered Lip Gloss is also free after the $3 from the big red machine and $7 EB that prints out. The online price shows $6.99, but I believe it is because the $3 is already removed. In my local store it was $9.99 – $3 Q from BRM and $7 EB.

I have a question on beauty bucks. I had a $3 reward that was loaded on my card the end of January. I didn’t send to card or print, and haven’t been in the store in the last month. I looked online and it’s not there anymore. Do beauty bucks expire even if they aren’t printed/ sent to card?
yes. So when the reward pops up, that’s not the actual coupon. There’s a date on the reward, which is the last day you can print or send to card. When when you print or send, it’ll extend the expiration date out a few more days. Since you didn’t print or send, it expired. You can call CS and possibly have the reward resent, since they can see on their end that it was never printed/redeemed.
