I received a Lifesmart 7 person hot tub for Christmas last year, purchased from Home Depot. The lifesmart customer service team is amazing. We had an issue with the low speed right out of the box and the lifesmart team worked fast to resolve. The service tech’s that were sent out from the national spa distributor said that they sell the same hot tubs in their showrooms, just under different names, at nearly 2x the price. These are a great value and we thoroughly enjoy ours.

We have one of these hot tubs. We bought it about 4 years ago and it is amazing. They are easy to maintain and very reliable. We have moved ours twice and it sat empty for almost 2 years with no issues. There is no heating time as it uses a thermal heater and is always on. Adds about $15-$20 a month in electric cost. We have the 4 person, while you can fit 4 people, its a tight fit. My husband and I use together comfortably.

We just bought one of the 7 person tub deals that Home Depot ran in January. We LOVE this hot tub. Easy to install, does what it is supposed to, and is amazing to sit in after a long day!
