I’ll never buy a Dyson again. When we had problems with our animal version tying up the belt while picking up dog hair (a pom and golden), they told me I needed to get down on my hands and knees and pick up the dog hair before sweeping. Isn’t that what I’m paying $400 for your vacuum to do? Ridiculous!

Our animal dyson (pink ball) is 3 years old and has started dying! I can’t even vacuum a room without it dying and having to wait at least 30 minutes before it’ll start again. Google search tells me this is overheating and it’s common, so be warned. But, does anyone have any other vacuums they recommend??

There is a 5 year warranty on disobey vacuums. Even if you didn’t register it you can call with the serial number and they can estimate when it was purchased

I’ve had a Shark for about 3.5 years and love it! It works just as well today as it did the day I bought it.
I have a Shark and I love it! Just keep it clean and it will last. I did splurge on a more expensive Shark but it was worth it. Definitely cheaper than Dyson too.
I had a shark that was under $200 from costco I loved. Our new carpet was too dense for it so we had to pass it on but my moms still using it and it’s 5+ years old.
Great! My 7 year old son wants one for Christmas! I was looking for it to go on sale! Now he’s going to have a better vacuum than me…

Best day of my life was when I finally got rid of carpet in my home and went to tile and hardwood. I use a Swifter and can cope with a Rottweiler explosion of hair easily. Like being let out of jail freedom.
We bought a refurbished Dyson Ball 12 years ago and it still works just as good as it did then!
