Me too! I bought the $10 home box with things like Kleenex and laundry detergent. I was unable to use the credit because I couldn’t figure out what applied. Amazon chat was no help either. It was a waste!
Go to amazon.com/samples and it should show what credits you have near the top of the page. When you click on the credits you have I think it says redeem credits and then it will show you all the products you can use that credit on.
I love the RX bars, so I was happy to get $10 off a case. Normally I wouldn’t buy them due to the price, but half price worked for me, as I viewed the original samples as worthy of some $$ spent on them as well.

I agree! These products are sold at high quantities/prices so it is VERY tough to use the credit.
