I ordered the Black and Decker battery products for lawn on sale and Amazon never shipped. When I inquired they say they would but their promise dates have passed and still no shipment. I have never had this happen before. I am wondering if this is because I went through Ebates. Still weird because I not even sure there was anything back on lawn equipment. ?
