Hip2Savers ❤ Boogie Board eWriters…
My daughter loves to draw, and she was always asking if I had spare paper and pen on hand in my bag. So this was a great way for her to always be able to draw. We got it maybe a year or two ago, and it still works great!
We use an old Nintendo DS stylus pen and my pre-K kid practices letters on this. No waste and no mess ❤
We use these every week for my kids practice spelling tests…. they’re perfect for it!!!
We love ours! Great for math homework!
We keep ours in the car, it’s great entertainment for my kindergartener.
I have a classroom set of these and my students beg to use them! I teach 11-12 year olds. I’ve heard there’s a YouTube video on replacing the battery.
I keep it in my diaper bag just in case we go and eat and they don’t have something for him to color. Also he loves playing with it at home takes it out of diaper bag and in the car too.
My 9 & 6 year old each got one of these for Christmas last year. They got the ones that write in colors though. You can’t control the color, it’s just a rainbow type writing instead of the green pictured above. They enjoy drawing on them & I like leaving them notes on them. Great for use in the car or at restaurants.
Too cute! Thanks for the feedback, CJ! Glad you kiddos have enjoyed them! 😉
I can’t tell if this one comes with a cover for the screen. But I have one and love that mine came with a sleeve to put it in so the screen doesn’t get scratched.
We used these when traveling a few weeks ago on an airplane. They were great and we even were able to share them with another child on the plane. Easy to draw on, play tic/tac/toe, practice reading and writing. These are always in our travel bag.
Oh cool! These would be GREAT for traveling! Thanks for sharing your experience!
It says it doesn’t need batteries, does it ever run out of “juice” and not work anymore?
It doesn’t need to be charged because it uses batteries. At least that’s my interpretation. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
OHHHH! I misread that. Thank you for the clarification 🙂
These would be great for playing hangman at restaurants. Will look for one this week. Thanks!
You’re welcome!
Boogie Boards have been a complete lifesaver while traveling with our girls (ages 10 & 8). It makes them be creative without a smart device, and doesn’t result in 500 papers! If you are on the fence, but this thing!!
As a school based therapist, I LOVE these! I use them as reinforcers when working on handwriting with my kids. They work knowing they can use it . I was at Costco but forgot to check them out! I’ll be making a return trip.
