Check your inbox for a possible email from JCPenney with a Free $10 Reward which can be used in-store or online and expires on 9/30/2018.
The email will be titled “Surprise! Here’s a $10 reward—from us to you!” and will be coming from the email address “JCPenney@e.jcpenney.com“.
If you did not receive the email but are a rewards member, you can check your spam folder, or log in to your JCPenney Rewards account and check for this offer under the Rewards section.

It seems it’s only to get $10 back when you spend $50. That’s how I’m reading it. Is that correct?
Hey there! I actually got this offer and it is $10 off a $10+ purchase! The $10 reward when you spend $50+ is an additional offer!
That offer is for earning Bonus Bucks. They have 2 ways of earning. It’s a little confusing for sure, but the Bonus Bucks are earned similar to Kohl’s Cash. If you spend $50, you earn $10. Limited time window in which to earn and redeem. The JCP Rewards are usually earned in a points system and when you reach 200 points you earn $100. In this instance it looks like they are offering a free $10 reward.
I got this email but when I logged into my account it’s 0 rewards available 😕
I got it this morning, logged in and it said I wasn’t even a reward member. I know I am, I called customer service and was waiting for a call back (it said 8 minutes, it’s been 30) and now I know why lol. Hip2Save broke the internet agin:)
Sam, you may need to contact JCPenney Customer Service if you received the email but don’t have the rewards in your account!

how to use it? i dont see any barcode for it?
If you go into your account and click on the reward under the My Rewards section a barcode will pop up that allows you to print it. Hope that helps!

In the top right corner under your name, you will see “my rewards” click on that and then you will see the rewards. Click on “view rewards” to get a pop up you can print with the bar code

On a side note, any android user out there have the issues where the pages take forever to load with the new app set up? Just curious if it is just me, I find it easier to use website now rather than app. Not hating just making sure I am not going crazy.
I, too, have this problem! I’m on an iPhone though. I even deleted the app because it was virtually useless as it took forever to load but then I reinstalled a while later and while the pages still take a while, I find they’re a little faster now.
I’m an iPhone user. I find I don’t get the same post as the ones on the website. I still use the app but I know I’m missing out.
