Get dinner off your mind and onto your plate!
With back to school and hectic schedules, making healthy dinners can be a challenge to deal with. That’s exactly why we love Martha & Marley Spoon! It helps us get healthy dinners on the table without a lot of planning or running around! 🙌
Martha & Marley Spoon (a collaboration with Martha Stewart) offers meal kits with fresh and pre-portioned ingredients with everything you’ll need to cook tasty meals shipped directly to your doorstep, along with easy to follow recipes! Several team members, including my sidekick Erica, ❤️ these meal kits!
“I love Martha and Marley! I seriously have had some AMAZING dinners delivered right to my doorstep. The thing I love the best – I don’t have to even think about what to make for dinner or pick up ingredients at the grocery store! That’s all done for you, so a total time saver. In addition, I have yet to run into a meal I didn’t enjoy! It really has boosted my cooking skills too – I especially enjoy learning how to make all the yummy homemade salad dressings instead of just grabbing Ranch out of the fridge.” – Erica, Hip2Save Sidekick

As a single mom of 3 with a big demanding job and a house that takes a huge level of effort to maintain, I’m grateful for Marley Spoon. I initially subscribed because it was too good of a deal to pass up. However, I maintain my subscription because it adds so much value to our lives.
In the past, I’ve spent my entire Sundays preparing meals for the week – wasting valuable time that could be spent making memories with my kids. We live in a rural area and I don’t have time to shop for fresh ingredients, to meal plan, or to consider our nutritional balance needs at the dinner table. Marley Spoon has taken so much stress out of my life. Highly recommend. 😀
When I interned for Martha Stewart, she sent a box to every intern’s home so they could try it. I loved it because all the ingredients were fresh and nicely packaged, the recipes were easy to follow and super yummy, and I got to try using ingredients that I usually wouldn’t intentionally buy — such as Bulgar. I would definitely recommend!
I got my box yesterday and made the seared steak and crispy potatoes for dinner tonight. It was delicious! And very clear and easy to follow, which is good because I am not a cook! Absolutely worth the price with the discount. Bonus, it was also really easy to cancel online.
My Hubby and I LOVE to cook – to the point we get a little nuts when the food magazines show up in the mail (Food & Wine, Bon Appetite, Sunset, All Recipes, Cooking Light, etc). For us, Martha & Marley Spoon has been our favorite. Our kid is not picky and usually hates kid menu items because they taste bland to him – and this service was so cool because he could “help” with some of the steps and see on the recipe card what needed to be done.

Thanks, I signed up. Figure at this price I can try it for one week. Seems a bit pricey though to continue without the discount. $48 a week for 2 meals for 2 people is $24 per meal. I could go out to eat for that price and not have to cook or clean up at all. But, I just had a baby so going out for meals or really to even get groceries is difficult right now so I guess we’ll see how much we like it!
Aww, congratulations, Tina! You are SO welcome! Hoping you love it!
Does anyone know how easy this one is to cancel? I’ve had trouble with some of them in the past.
It was easy. I liked trying it, but found it difficult and time-consuming.
Too expensive long term but I’ll take the promo code for 3 meals next week! Thank you!
You’re welcome! Happy you can grab the savings!
What promo did you use for the next two weeks?
I have ordered my “first” kit from them for the third time now.
The two times I was waiting for my “first” box, I never received it.
When I called them, I was told that FedEx had destroyed the packages because they were damaged.
This happened not once, but twice.
I have now scheduled my third “first” delivery for August 29th.
If there is another problem, I will not give them another chance, and ask for a refund.
It”s a shame, really, because all their vegetarian meals (I am vegetarian) look fantastic.
I really hope that it will work out this time around.
I hope so too! Thanks for sharing your experience! So sorry to hear the first two shipments didn’t arrive!
Links not working. Deal must be dead.
I’m still finding the links to work when I click through above. Are you able to try a different browser, or try on desktop if you’re on mobile? Hope that helps!
Thanks a bunch, Liza!
So far we’ve tried Marley Spoon and Home Chef.
We like the recipes of Marley Spoon more than Home Chef.
Also Marley Spoon’s quality control is much better than Home Chef’s. One serving of the salmon fillets we ordered from Home Chef was delivered to us WITH scales when the other serving was ready to cook. I have contacted Home Chef about this and haven’t heard back yet.
For us, the only shortcoming of Marley Spoon (let’s not talk about the over-priced full price) is the limited choices of recipes.
These meal boxes are a really good choices for families who like some variations.
link isn’t working for me either!
