Had such a horrible experience tonight. So I ordered online but I chose the wrong panda express restaurant and couldn’t cancel my order. So I drove 10 miles to pick up my order and they never received it. They charged my credit card online and I showed them the charge with their store number on my phone but they refused to honor it. So I tried to reorder on my phone but the mobile website wasn’t working. Then I called my husband who tried to reorder online on his laptop and it was also not working. I asked the restaurant for corporates number and they lagged. I ended up being there for over an hour and I still have to call my credit card tomorrow to dispute the charges. Such a nightmare.
