Choose Free Amazon No-Rush Shipping & Get $5 Print Book Credit (Select Amazon Prime Members)
Heads up, Amazon Prime members!
For a limited time, Amazon is offering select Prime members a $5 credit to be used on the purchase of an eligible Print Book when you opt for FREE No-Rush Shipping on your next order! Just look for the option as pictured below at checkout.
Note that the $5 print book credit will be applied to your account after your order ships and applies only to select products shipped and sold by Amazon.
To redeem your $5 reward, simply go to Amazon.com/books, add a product to your cart and the $5 credit will apply automatically when you head to checkout.
It also appears that you may be able to earn this credit multiple times! This would be a great way to score books for the kiddos on the cheap!
(Thanks, Amie!)
Only the $1 digital credit for me…hoping this offer eventually pops up!
I only saw $1 credit when I was ordering cheap things, but I got $5 book credit as soon as I added something more expensive to the cart
I got it!! 😁😁😁😁
Yay! 😀
I got this too! Love love love
SWEET! SO glad you could grab it!
For the last month, I’ve only been getting $5 Whole Foods credits
Me too and they can’t be combined so not a big savings for me.
I chose the $5 Whole Foods credit for a couple of orders, even though I didn’t want it, and the $1 credit came back. Give it a try.
I got this yesterday and just got a shipping confirmation that the order will be here tomorrow…double bonus!
That’s awesome! Double win for sure! 😉
This is awesome!!! I had several things in my cart ready to purchase. I divided it into 3 orders and got that offer each time! SCORE!!!!
Bummer mine is just a whole foods credit.
Wish I was able to get this credit! I didn’t receive anything! Would Love to score a free book!
Thank you! I got a bunch of things from my list for the kids Christmas gifts- they all had the $5 credit for print book!!!
PERFECT!! You’re so welcome!
It works for me on things that are more than $10, I did have to click the box with the shipping offers to see more as it wasn’t always the top one listed.
Got it! Thanks! I was buying the incredibles switch game and the cheezits anyway and this offer showed up!
Great! You’re welcome, Jenn!
Mine is $5 for Prime Now.
My order was split into 2 orders for shipping purposes, so I received 2 $5 credits. Anyone know if I will be able to redeem both credits on one book?
My sister just ordered 6 different items, and got the $5 credit 6 times. I, on the other hand, didn’t get the $5 promo
Probably not since Amazon says, ‘a book’ and ‘the book’, in the ad.
My husband and I both have accounts, didn’t show up on either. Tried adding over $10 items, etc Only offering $1 digital credit 🙁
Has anyone noticed that ship times for prime 2 day shipping is now 5-7 businesses days not including Saturday or Sunday?
Yes I noticed too! I ordered something last night and two day shipping was delivering Thursday, Nov 17??
i had this trouble the last 2 holiday seasons. it never happened at other times of the year, but in Nov-Dec of 2017 and 2016, often i would order items shipped/fulfilled by Amazon, and free 2-day shipping wasn’t even an option, even though we have had Prime for years. this was so irritating, and we contacted customer service multiple times. usually, the reps had no explanation, often didn’t even understand what we were trying to complain about. they would sometimes just say 2-day shipping wasn’t available on those items, but ONE-DAY shipping was available — at an extra cost. they would encourage us to pay extra to get it faster if we needed, even though that defeats the benefits of paying for a Prime membership.
i feel your frustration!
I live near a shipping center so I typically get over night shipping this time a year as they try to keep up with orders. I would be frustrated if this was me. I didn’t get upset when they opened the free shipping for everyone because I get so many other benefits from prime. But at the point where their overflow of orders from this promotion affects my benefits, I would probably complain.
2-day prime shipping is false advertisement sometimes. At times I’ve received things a week or so later. When I called, the rep said the 2-day didn’t shipping refers to the time it takes from warehouse to someone’s door, but the processing time in warehouse varies n there’s no guarantee. So 2-day shipping doesn’t mean u will get ur stuff 2 days from order date. That’s false advertising.
My account has it! Thanks for the heads up! Are the $5.00 credits stackable on one book?
I have never received any of these credits from Amazon, only the digital credits! Boo!
Darn! Hoping you score one soon!
Added more than $10 worth of stuff in my account and still only have the whole foods credit. I was hoping to use the credits to get books for my classroom. Such a bummer.
digital credit here… bummer! My daughter has a ton of books on her Christmas list and $5 off would definitely help! I tried adding a couple different things of different prices to my cart, and it stayed the digital credit.
I spent $25 on 2 items and only got $1 digital credits for each item.
Last week I ordered a pair of boots from Amazon and I had $20 off the purchase of my boots when I selected No-Rush Shipping! I couldn’t believe it!
Wow! That IS awesome! Thanks for sharing your score with us!
Mine is for prime now… which is not offered where I live. Way to go Amazon.
I’m hoping Amazon does the $5/$25 (or whatever) promo they do this time of year for books. I’ve got some waiting in my wish list for xmas presents!! I’ve made several purchases lately and the only credits I’m ever offered are Prime Now and Whole Foods – neither of which I use. Bummer.
Oh yes! That is a fun offer to grab! We’ll have to keep a lookout for that one too!
Bummer, just the digital credit on mine as well
I got a $1 credit when I put a book in my cart. When I put a prime item (shirt). I could choose 6 day shipping and get a $5 book credit.
Got my $5 credit on a $40.00 book order.
Bummer. We are a family of 8 and order often and no option for me :/
All I did was look at a book I’ve been wanting and a screen popped up offering me a $5 kindle credit. I didn’t have to purchase anything!
Oh wow! How neat! Awesome offer to snag, Cara!
Anyone else having problems with this? I placed several orders showing the reward and its only giving me 1. I am dealing with customer service now and they claim it was 1 order only even though it continued to show up.
Had the same issue. I was offered it 4-5 times. Only got one credit. Talked to a chat agent and they said they would give me the $5 credit. I said I need it four times for four orders. She asked when the items were delivered which was today. She said to wait 7 days and see.
We also did the chat feature and they handled it nicely! $45 just hit my account. It appears to work $5 at a time, so we’ll be purchasing 9 books. Very pleased!
