Thanks so much for sharing this! Luckily I still have a Kmart that is open nearby and should be able to get a couple stocking stuffers. The only Sears we have left around ig already having their going out of business clearance sales. I wonder if you can use the FREECASH at these stores still?

What are some things it lets you use it for? Besides clothing?
They will work on bakeware, cookware, sheets, bath towels, dish towels…maybe others will add.
I get a message from both saying they can’t find an account associated with my number or email address. I definitely have an account with the address I put in, and I was just signed into it a few days ago. Bummer.
I logged into my sears account online and made sure I had my phone number associated with the account, under my profile, maybe you can try that

I am having the same issue. I receive txt alerts from Kmart/Sears but it doesn’t recognize my phone number or email when i txt “Thanks” or “Turkey”. Weird.

The points should appear today. My Kmart points took a few minutes to appear in my account, and I am still waiting on the Sears points since I got a text message back that there is a delay.

I initially got the message that they couldn’t locate my number and when I sent them my email they gave me a link to the site so I could login. I never had a number on file so I added it.
Per their instructions I re texted the codes. I then have to agree to text alerts. After all that I get the Early Bird message. 👿

You can’t combine them, you have to use them separately in-store.

Thanks for the tip. I re entered the info for the Sears after having to opt in “y” for texts. The points then it showed up.
Didn’t have to re enter the Kmart one. It came thru without a hitch around 15 minutes on the first go round.
Some of the exclusions:
Offer points cannot be used on certain Doorbuster items , TVs, Deals Flash Items, Food, Household Cleaning, Beauty and Health Care, Fragrances, Cosmetics, Office and School Supplies, Batteries, Party Supplies sold in the Greeting Card department, Books and Magazines, Pet Supplies, Prescriptions, Pharmacy, Alcohol, Tobacco, and items not sold by Kmart
Kmart has free shipping at $35 so $10 and $15 are still great discount on items you might have on your Christmas list anyway.

Mine is the same way, I got the confirmation but not added to my account yet. I did finally add my cell phone to my account & appyits been being used by someone else🤷🏼♀️ So I had to call customer service to fix that!😳😳

Do you have to redeem using app? My cell doesn’t have much memory so I’d have to delete something to add new app. With other points, I usually just give them my phone number at register. Can you do this for FreeCash?

If you already replied “y” to subscribe, try texting the words again then click on or type in the http links they should send you, this worked for me after I tried the first time
It will show up in your shop your way account, but does not show in Kmart or Sears . I think this is because it is a in-store purchase only. I went to Sears and just gave them my pone number it and it worked.

As usual, the Sears Freecash offer just takes me to the coupon page and nothing ever loads to my account. So frustrating. This happens every time and no matter what I do I cannot get the Freecash. I actually do have a Sears near me, so I would be happy to drive over and use this…… disappointed. Yes, I tried the chat (waste of time, after several times saying what my issue was, the response back was “so if I understand, you would like help with an order”) and called. No luck, no points.
No Kmart near me, but I tried it out, clicked the link and $10 offer activated and shows in my account. Of course…..

OK. I hope this info helps some of you. I was getting all of the same issues as everyone else on this post. I got the “I’m sorry we are experiencing a delay”. I also would get a link that only took me to a coupon and NOT the freecash. I refreshed multiple times, logged in and out and still nothing showing up in my account. I then texted STOP to sears to start the process over. I then texted Gravy and got the message to respond Y for re-occurring texts. I then texted TURKEY. I noticed that the link now looked different. Here is what I found,,,,,,,your link needs to BEGIN with something like.: https://sea.rs/…….This is when it finally worked. I was able to follow the link to a page with just this coupon. I then took a photo with my phone because it has a barcode. It still doesn’t show up as FREECASH in my account but I finally have the $15 off $15 at Sears as a photo on my phone and since it has a barcode it will work just fine. Keep trying and don’t give up because I finally got it to work!!! Keep texting TURKEY until you get the proper beginning to the link!!!!

I did this yesterday. Freecash was there. Went to Sears today and it was gone.
I’ve had numerous problems with FreeCash disappearing lately….showed up on my tablet while in the store but didn’t show at the register. The cashier at Sears was so helpful but I felt sorry for her as it took 25 minutes on the phone with customer service to get it resolved….the operator was a foreigner and couldn’t not understand the problem….we had to actually spell out the items for her, letter by letter, 3 times. Happened again 3 weeks later….took 2 phone calls to customer service to get the points credited to my account after the 1st person said that the points would be in my account within 24 hours but when they didn’t appear after 48, I called again and FINALLY the person was willing to take care of it “this time only”. Agree, outsourcing customer service to people in other countries is the demise of Sears and Kmart.
