These are the best diapers. I have tried the Target Huggies deals after using either Kirkland brand or Costco Huggies and found regular huggies are just plain cheap in comparison.
Totally agree! I raised 3 babies on these diapers and would never buy anything else. Best price (with coupon) at Costco for these and pull ups and Huggies wipes (also the best imo).
Thanks for the helpful review, Chantel! Good to know what you have found to work best!
Got two boxes yesterday. I’m about to run out of diapers for my little. Right on time. Got them shipped for free.
Oh good! Happy you could stock back up on the cheap!
I was wondering if anyone can answer for me…are the numbers on the diapers for the months the baby is. My daughter is 2 and a half and in size 2 diapers. They look like they are going to be snug not soon but in a while. I see the pounds on the box but it sometimes doesnt seem relevant. How will i know that the diaper size will be too small for her. Aside from leakage. Thank you so much.
The sizes don’t correlate to the baby’s age. The pounds on the boxes are a really good estimate of when you should size up. I would also size up if they became too tight for my child or more blowouts were occurring. My oldest child was in size 4 diapers by 7 months because she’s been close to the 100th percentile for both height and weight since she was born.
I believe the Huggies diaper from Costco have an orange indicator on the area you place the tabs. It’s suppose to show you if diaper is fitting correctly….I think if tabs stick outside the orange area the baby is ready for next size up.
Go by weight. I moved mine out faster than the weight limits. A lot of it is your preference on fit. I prefer to move them up earlier because I don’t like them to be tight or to have the tabs stretch at all. But I work in the nursery at church and everyone likes the fit differently.
I always KNOW it’s time to move up or down when they start leaking or having blowouts. That shouldn’t be happening ever.
Your daughter is 2 and a half years or 2 and a half months? I don’t know how she would possibly fit in size 2 diapers if she’s 2 and a half years! Like everyone else said, the package says what weight they should fit. I usually move my babies up a size about 2 pounds before the package says I need to. I don’t like the diapers to be tight at all. And also like others said, when my baby starts having blow outs frequently or if they are leaking pee often then I’d move up.
