I tried to do this deal yesterday, but all of the $1.84 pks I scanned to ck, came back as not matching. Only one that matched was a 3 pk Natural Care that’s shown in the offer gallery.
Double check that you are using the right Ibotta offer. I had 2 Huggies Wipes offers – one for any size excluding the 336-616 and another for the 336-616 count.
I only have one Huggies offer. It says Any Size, excluding 336-616 ct.
Happened to me too. Be sure to scan the package with ibotta first to make sure it matches.
Huggies.com wants me to input/add a young child/baby when registering. My daughter is all grown up, but I use their wipes for everything from quick touchups in and outside my car and some bags, and even with keeping my service dog’s paws as clean as possible.
Maybe Huggies will finally realize that their wipes are for all ages and have a multitude of cleaning uses instead of only for babies.

I bought 5 packs too, scanned receipt and product, got notice on my ibotta products didn’t match. I’m so sick of ibotta!!! I buy products they feature for rebates and sometimes they have even rewarded me the money then take it away from my account later! They are cheaters!!That’s way a few years ago I quit using it. Then I downloaded app thinking I would give it another try. They are still cheaters! I bought qualifying 5 antacid products at rite aid; was awarded the money then they took it back out of my account again!! When you try to email them with problems there is no response back from them. I don’t know why you coupon sites don’t address these issues with ibotta for us. You just keep posting there deals which don’t work!!!
I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Ibotta Charlene. Are you trying to contact them using their contact form, or directly via email? Also I find it really helpful when I’m in the store to scan the barcode of each product to make sure it matches the rebate offer, as sometimes there are exclusions. That can help you skip the frustration of finding out something you thought qualified actually didn’t.
