Thanks for posting this. Is required that kids have prior experience skating on ice? The US hockey page does mention anything on this. Does anyone know?
According to the description it said no prior skating or hockey experience necessary.
Hi! No it is not necessary for the child to have any experience. It is a great introduction to the sport. My son has played hockey from the age of 4 and is now 17 and on his high school team and still loves it. Our association has done this USA Hockey skate for many years. Hope you give it a try!
Rollerskating experience help. However, when my son went for his first tryout he did not have neither roller skating nor ice skating experience and now he is on the hockey team. And he loves it. So I say go for it. It will be fun.
We signed up! Thanks for posting! 🙂
