Just bought my first PB backpack for my son when they just had a sale. These seem like crazy nice quality.
Congrats on your first PB backpack, candance! They really are great quality!
HIPS… I’m waiting for more backpack deals ..specially from Office Depot 🙂
We got our eyes on those and will let you know!
For 4k what size would you say they need?
Can anyone suggest me what size we need for Kindergarders ?
In my experience, I’ve found the mini is super tiny, but the small looks so big when they are in Kinder. They’ll grow into the small though. My oldest is going into 3rd using the small still.
Thank you KClee for your suggestion.
Sadly, i’ve given up on PBK backpacks. They just don’t last. Lands end are much better quality and last for multiple school years (usually a 50% off + free embroidery coming up)
I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t been happy with the PB backpacks. We will be sure to watch for those Lands’ End deals, cassandane!
Sorry you had a bad experience….I guess ymmv on the pottery barn backpacks. We’ve had a good experience with the one I purchased. My daughter has used it for 3 school years and then she just took it on a trip. It’s been holding up great! We’ve had the same success for the Land’s End backpack for my son as well.
I just bought PB Teen backpacks the other week to replace the PB Teen backpacks both my kids have been using the last three years. We are only replacing because my kiddos want a new pattern. Haven’t bought PB Kids’ backpacks, but the Teen ones have held up great! Three years old and they still look new.
Oh awesome! Good to know how well they hold up, Rachel! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us!
I am getting new backpacks for my boys because they have finally outgrown their PB kids backpacks after three years of daily use. They are still in usable condition except for the top strap on one that broke. I LOVE the clips on the front of the bag- great for keeping their lunch bags and hats together.
Those clips do sound helpful! Thanks for the feedback, Jessica!
