When I was little my mom would put these in my hair to curl it! Oh the memories.. lol! Today, I pinned on Pinterest a DIY ring holder made with these.

How neat! Thanks for sharing with us, Lolie!

Agree …oh the memories , might have to buy them to see if my old hair can do what my young use too..haha

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh awesome! Sounds like fun, jo! Hope you love them!

  3. Nichole

It works great! I still have some and use it on my daughter. 🙂

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

SWEET! Thanks for the feedback, Nichole! I may need to snag some for my daughter!

I have bought these to curl my daughter’s hair just like my mom did with me! They fall apart very easily. I had to spend a few more dollars to buy better quality ones.

    • Laura

I agree. I bought some for my daughter but half of them the plastic fell apart in my hand when I carefully opened the roller to use it. I bought some at Walmart for a couple bucks more but much better quality than these

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh darn! Sorry to hear they don’t hold up well. Thanks for sharing your experience!

  5. Charmel

Oh the painful memories of sleeping on these. Thankfully my daughter has naturally curly hair.

  6. Heather

Has anyone used these after showering just put them in and leave them for the day instead of sleeping in them? Does that work? anyone know or has tried?

  7. "Cloud"

I have two of the spongy curlers in my hair right now from the first picture. They are supposed to be curling the front strands of hair that I put in front of my ears, and the rest is put up in a heatless curl. I sprayed some water on it just to see what would happen. Hoping for some cute curls for church tomorrow!

Thanks for sharing how you’ve used yours! Hope they turn out beautiful for you! 🥰
