Hi R! Yes! I did chat with customer service. You will be able to activate your account online once you receive your voucher. “Please follow the instructions on your voucher to complete online redemption to receive your membership number. You will need to bring this membership number and a valid photo ID to a club location to receive your physical membership card.”

My husband has a membership in his name with my name added. Our membership is up soon. Can I get a membership with my name and his name added and still get this?
Hi Julie! It looks like that should work. Here is what I found listed in the FAQ –
“My spouse is a complimentary member on my account. Can they use this offer to start their own account?
Yes, complimentary members are eligible to become primary members when they purchase this offer.”
You could always call in or chat with them online to double check.

We did this deal last year and it just auto renewed yesterday. We moved far away from sams and I didn’t know it was set to auto renew. Any ideas on how to get that refunded??? It’s $45 so I don’t really want to just throw that money away.
Just go in store and let them know you aren’t satisfied by their membership anymore and they’ll refund you the money. It’s written somewhere in the papers they give you when signing up.
Keep sharing the Sam’s deals, please! Hubby’s membership expires Sept 7, and this deal must be redeemed by Aug. 30. Thought about it, but I’d rather not overlap. Hopefully there will be a new one with an extended date soon!

I purchased this deal a week ago but am still not clear on how to redeem the food that comes with the higher membership. I received the email for the e gift card, but have no clue how to get the food. Just curious if anyone else has purchased this and how they were able to get it. (I haven’t been into the store yet)
Yes, that was very confusing when I purchased a deal like this last year. You just put those free items in your cart and they will be automatically deducted when you checkout.
Hi… hope this helps: sign into your account online. Go to “instant savings”. The free items should be there in the beginning. They will have something like 99.99% off or Free. Some of the items have pics, some do not.
