I do not recommend ordering from Adidas.com. I ordered the Duramo shoe posted on this site on July 15 and still have yet to receive my order. Status is waiting to be packed at warehouse. I called customer service and they had no clue why it was taking so long but they charged my credit card the day of order.

I order directly from Adidas.com a lot as my teenage son wears a 14 which cannot be found in local stores. I ordered a pair last week (not a Hip2Save deal) that were $91. When I logged in to check order status, I saw the shoes had been marked down to half off, $65. I got on chat, and they were super helpful. Gave the price adjustment credit without hesitation and shipping was as described when purchased. Sorry some have had problems, but I have found ordering from them a pleasant experience thus far!

I recently purchased some of the standard cloudfoam slides and they ended up taking about a week to ship. When they did arrive, I had difficulty fitting into them, so they’ve become my wife’s and she absolutely loves them. I ended up grabbing a pair of the Alphabounce adidas basketball slides from academy over the weekend and the adjustable strap really helped me find a comfortable fit.
Just a tip if you have wider feet.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes for my son during the last sale(not slides). I received 1 pair pretty quickly, but not the other. Apparently the other became out of stock after the order, but they never emailed to tell me that. I thought that was weird. He did love the ones he got, however.

Ordered $$$ stuff during their previous sale and couple of shoes orders were canceled but rest arrived and customer service was good with returns ( needed help for expired return label etc) I definitely was disappointed about the duramo shoes getting canceled but overall It was okay ordering from their website . Also size charts were accurate along with the reviews posted.
I love Adidas sales. I’ve had a few items cancel in the past but other than that I always get my orders pretty quick.
I ordered me and my daughter these slides on 2 separate dates and they arrived quickly and didn’t disappoint. I will suggest not washing them in the washer because the white stripes fade, but for the price I’d purchase again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the last sale (not the Duramo) and they arrived quickly at the remote summer camp where he works this summer. I was able to follow the order tracking from day one to delivery.
Order placed on July 11th and they cancelled yesterday. When I talked to customer service they sell shoes that are not in stock. Which is why my order got cancelled so late.
