I received a flat dollar amount. The email said $15 off but when I put the code in my Kohl’s account it only comes up as $10. Does anyone know why this is?

Same with me. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle contacting corporate over the $5. My experience has been, that no one knows or understands what I’m talking about when I call. Then I’m transferred to several different people and it’s always the same thing.

What a problem to have that a store gives you $10 off a purchase instead of $15 off. Just use the $10 off and move on!!! Be thankful that you received a $$ off coupon.

I used the chat on Kohl’s and they gave me a reference number to use on my order. I have to go back into the chat after I place my order and they will credit the extra amount I should have got.
