Do you have a link to the pair in the first picture? I can’t find them
I’m not finding that exact color option available, however there are many similar options listed as I browse through the link above. Hope that helps!
These appear to be sold out everywhere. My daughter has them, and they are awesome. They have a padded tongue and I believe are the Madison Ox or something similar. They come up if you search Converse padded tongue.
The promo code SEPTSALE would not work
Hmm, I still find the code to apply for me as listed above. It does only work for select styles. Hope that helps!
I tried adding a few things and the promo code area keeps rejecting the code
Bummer! Maybe try again in a different browser. Hoping that might help.
How would I know which item would work for the code?
Hi Maya! I still find the code to apply to those items listed above. Be sure to browse the sale link above. Hope this helps!
Yeah I tried adding kids, women’s and men’s shoes from the link above and the code won’t work in any of them. Bummer.
Hmm, maybe try the different color options listed for each. I did find that to help on a few I tested. Hoping that works for you too!
The code only gave me free shipping and not $25 shoes.
I got the discount but when I went to check out for 4 pair for the family, the entire site crashed and says error 404, can not load site from this page. I then tried to go into converse.com and it will not accept the coupon. What is up with this??! I was so excited to get us all a new pair of converse and the ones we actually wear for $25 & the entire site crashes and won’t accept or load from Hip2Save. A lot of good it does to put this up and then not have hip2save be accepted by converse and to shut down their entire site. I have tired since the sale listed a couple hours ago & it still crashes upon check out. I even tried a different android instead of my iPhone & it crashes upon check out & then no longer accepts the coupon.
Have you tried on a desktop or in desktop mode on your devices? On a desktop, I’m not having trouble getting the code to work.
OH MAN!!! 🤦🏼♀️
I added a pair from the linked selection and it rejected the SEPTSALE code for me as well.
It’s on select pairs. I just added one and it worked. Can you tell me which pair and size and I can try on my end, Alicia?
I just ordered from my phone using the link and the code worked fine. Thanks!
Wow! That’s great to hear, Darla!
Yes my friend and I both tried to order some today and it didn’t take on any of the three pairs that we tried to order. And she just ordered plain colored ones there was nothing special about them, I don’t think. I was so excited but now so disappointed oh well…. 🤷🏼♀️
Darn, I’m really sorry to hear that! If you want to tell me which pairs, I can see if I can get them to work, Angela Arnce.
I got the Chuck Taylor All Star Street Mid – in black for my 4 year old. It went thru fine, but that was this morning fairly early. Here’s hoping it doesnt get canceled!
I don’t know why it is not working for the people writing the comments. I clicked on the link for women shoes, selected a pair that I liked, and added the code. It gave me the discount!!…After I added the code, I went back to check out other shoes and the code was automatically applied, all the shoes from the link show $25. Thanks!!
Thanks for the tip about the code! I find that works, too!
Thank you! Worked from my phone. And same as Mary above. It then automatically added the discount to any other shoe that was eligible so I could shop in the other departments such as Kids.
Thanks so much, HEATHER!
I am having problems too! I ordered the same pair in two different colors and different sizes and the code only worked for one of them. I’m going to see if it works on my laptop 🤨
Search for an email from orders@mercurymagazines.com. That’s who sends it. Maybe if you type it in the search it will pop up.
Which select pairs though? It’s great to have a promo to use, but all the pairs of shoes I am choosing are not discounted.
The easiest way to tell is just to add any pair to your cart and enter the promo code. Once you have one pair and the promo code added, go back to the original page and all the discounted pairs show right up. It seems silly, but it works!
The code worked fine until I had to check out. I bought 4 pairs and going to checkout it just kept going back to the checkout over and over.
So I called Converse and one of the pairs was out of stock before I could purchase it. So it wouldn’t go thru. Took that one off and I selected another pair and all good to go. Yahoo!! 4 pairs for $108.40 Thank you Hip2Save…
Oh good! Super glad they could help! You’re very welcome, Tammy!
I bought 7 pairs of women’s shoes (I have 4 daughters) and it went off without a hitch! Thanks so much!
SWEET! Happy you could easily score the savings, Julia! You’re very welcome!
Very frustating! After clicking through links on the select page, apparently only a ‘select few’ colors are really included. After calling Converse and spending 30 minutes on the phone, they realize the frustration of not finding out what is really on sale or not until the checkout screen; however, they refused to do anything to rectify the situation.
SO sorry for the frustration, Emily. I do see that the code applies to those in the post. Hope that helps.
