Anyone else having issues redeeming their eddie bauer rewards certificates? My orders with those keep getting cancelled and I’ve contacted customer service countless times to no avail 🙁
If your order gets cancelled due to lack of stock or something like that, and you used a reward, they mail out a replacement. Takes about 3 weeks. I always call to confirm they are doing it though. Since I pick a lot of items from clearance, out of stock after I purchase, happens a lot. Customer service is always super helpful. I send them emails.
Same here, my orders are getting cancelled. I contacted customer service and no answer yet. I noticed all orders with 0 payment are automatically cancelled or say something about contact customer service. I am waiting on one that is still processing and I paid with credit card and reward certificate.
i believe these are in store as well but perhaps not at the same price. They often have them on sale in store for 50% off. I was just there this past weekend and was able to use my $10 reward to get a 30L for $10 (reg $40). The 20L would have been $5 with my reward. We have two of the 20L that have come in handy on multiple occasions from day outing or hikes to our trip to Europe. They are really great light weight packable bags!
