No Time to Cook? Get a Complete Turkey Dinner at Costco for Just $2.99 a Pound!
Let Costco do the cooking this Thanksgiving! 🍗
Costco is selling a complete turkey dinner for just $2.99/pound, and it has everything you need to put a Thanksgiving meal on the table without spending the day in the kitchen! Here’s what’s included in the box:
- 1/2 bone-in turkey breast
- herbed stuffing
- Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
- turkey gravy
- buttered green beans
- cranberry sauce
At our local Costco, the Turkey Dinners ranged in price from $26-$28, and they were portioned to feed three to four people. Knowing that, it should be easy to calculate how many of these you would need to buy based on the number of people you’re serving, and how many days of leftovers you hope to have!
All you need to finish this feast is a pumpkin pie, and Costco just happens to sell an enormous one for only $5.99!
With all the extra time you save by not cooking and cleaning up a big mess in the kitchen, you can gather the family together and plot your Black Friday plan of attack! 😉

Highly recommend. We bought one of these over the weekend – not because we needed Thanksgiving but because we needed a quick dinner and it is cheaper than going out to grab food by far. One package easily fed four adults plus two toddlers with leftovers. And it was so good. The turkey was really delicious. I would recommend putting the dressing back in the oven a bit after taking the turkey out as it needed to dry out a bit more. Will definitely do this again.
Good to know! Thanks for the helpful hints. I always like hearing from someone who has bought it.
First time with this turkey dinner & need to freeze it for a family member. Do you know how to properly prepare if it’s been frozen (removed from freezer yesterday 6pm PST)? Thankful & vet appreciative for your assistance.
This looks amazing. Was just there last night too.

Sad my Costco location didn’t offer the turkey!
Is it stuffing or cornbread dressing? I’m southern and it matters. 🙂
Hoping for needed assistance please…Had to freeze the dinner immediately after purchase, so with no instructions, how do I prepare this now frozen turkey dinner??? I purchased it for 2 who can’t be with the family, so I’m extremely Thankful for any assistance.
I bought this. Does anyone know how long to cook it for? It does not say on the packaging.
Gravy comes in packet. How do you hear?
Empty into a sauce pan and heat on the stove.
Desperate to know the proper way to cook the Costco turkey meal after it’s been frozen. Bought as a quick plan for my family member without noticing there were no cooking instructions.
Me too! Also, I just realized that the uncooked Turkey May have contaminated the uncovered mashed potatoes and beans.
First Thanksgiving dinner as a single dad, didn’t want to screw it up and I thought that this turkey dinner would be the best thing. However, it comes with no cooking instructions and I have no experience in cooking.
Read on the price sticker.

Would you happen to know if this will be available at Costco in 2020? Having surgery a few days before Thanksgiving and definitely won’t be up to cooking!
Yes! Bought one today.
Was 2.99 lb
According to their main office they will be offering it in 2020 but at 3.99 a lb.
Thanks, Juanita!
I was in Costco this weekend and didn’t check price, but they told me it’s first come, first serve. Selling starring the Sunday before thanksgiving. Will only be 2 of us so thought this was a good plan. I have seen the huge pumpkin pie for $6 and it looks really good. All I need now is rolls and cool whip.
Can someone post the cooking instructions for the Costco Thanksgiving meal? It was on the the outside of the larger container, which I threw away since it didn’t fit in the fridge. Thank you!
Label reads:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Please turkey/stuffing pan on oven center rack, Cook uncovered 20 mins. Reduce temp to 375°F, cover with foil. Cook until internal temp 165°F (1-1 1/2 hrs). Remove cranberry cups. Cover potatoes and vegies w/ foil, place in oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Heat gravy to 165°F.
*Place turkey…
Thanks for the label read.
Still trying to guess when to put the potatoes in. Anyone got time? I’ll respond to this post if it’s 90minutes for the potatoes. Cooking my turkey now. Good lucky everyone! Happy thanksgiving!
Same! Glad I’m not the only one! Does the potatoes go for the hour and a half? I don’t have a thermometer….
Is it 425 on convection bake?
Does anyone know how long we leave the potatoes and beans and what temp? Thanks
I read on another post 30 to40 minutes (in with the turkey) but was hoping someone in an earlier time zone could confirm 🙂
Thank you. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
Yes, cook potato’s and green beans 1.5 hours covered. I forgot to take out the cranberry’s! They where still ok though
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Yes. Found out the potatoes go for the same amount of time as turkey. I changed pans and microwaved so we could eat. I think i will write to Costco to ask for clearer instructing. Very yummy and easy. Just missed sweet potatoes. Now on to the pie! 🥧
