I did the same thing but I just called customer service at target and they refunded me the difference, it only took 5 minutes! Worth the phone call.

I just did a target customer service chat. I sent them my order # and the links to amazon and the current target listing and they have me a refund of over $10. Took about 5 mins – really easy.
