My husband and I decided too last minute that we are going to go ahead with a Switch this year. We just got together with extended family and the kids had so much fun playing with their cousin’s Switch over Thanksgiving break. Unfortunately, all of the Black Friday deals are over and I really don’t see anything for Cyber Monday. Is there anything else out there? I see some of the old Black Friday deals listed on certain sites, but they are of course all out of stock! I’m kicking myself for not deciding this before Black Friday, but my kids have never had the chance to play on before.
We will be posting deals all night and all week. As soon as we see some, we will let you know!
We just posted this deal: https://hip2save.com/2019/12/01/nintendo-switch-console-mario-rabbids-game-starlink-battle-starter-pack-just-299-99-shipped-at-best-buy-420-value/
I got a switch today at Best Buy with two games (neither are the big games that everyone wants, but 2 games none the less). So there are still deals out there! 🙂
It’s also still on sale at Amazon, I just saw the switch with Mario Cart for $300 over there in stock
I did see that, but there are literally only 3 reviews on that one. Looks like it is the one with the less battery life. I don’t know if all of the bundles are like that or not though. I am looking for the console and Mario Kart. Red/blue controllers would be my choice pick too. It is hard to buy a system from Amazon with only 2 reviews, even if it is because of the older version with the battery.
Wow! Thanks so much, Kelly!
Thanks Kelly. My kids are still really young (7 and 4) and I don’t plan on getting a ton of games, so unfortunately I AM looking for more of the popular games since those are the ones they know about.
Unfortunately about $299 with a game is the going rate. Doesn’t get much lower than that. My kids are the same ages. My oldest loves Mario kart and super Mario odyssey. Every once in a while he would get stumped on a hard part in Mario odyssey so we looked up tips for certain levels on YouTube and he was able to figure out how to beat it. We just stared off with 2 games at Christmas last year and did a game for his birthday mid summer. Now that we have it family can buy a games which is helpful. This year my son wants Luigis mansion, Mario maker 2, and Minecraft.
I got a great deal at Kohls and got $90 in Kohl’s cash, but it didn’t include a game. Hoping to get one with the cash tomorrow.
Would like to see Luigi’s Mansion 3 on sale!😩
I bought it at Walmart for $49.99. It was $10 cheaper than the online price.
Meijers has buy one get one for 40% which includes Luigi mansion.
I have 9 and 11 year old boys. Was looking for a good deal on games. I highly recommend Mario Cart and Legend of Zelda. We also love Just Dance (great for parties and family fun) and FIFA Soccer are reduced from Black Friday on Target and few other sites. My boys did not take to Starlink (we got it last year when we bought the system new along with Zelda, FIFA and Mario Kart and they reach for those first. I love the idea of Starlink and they thought the ships were cool, but I would not invest heavily in ships until you see if your child likes it.
