  Make sure you click on the little white box acknowledging that you agree to the terms… I missed that the first time & got the same message.

  It’s hard to see the box to check if you are using a computer. I had to switch to mobile to see it. Hope this helps!

  There’s a little box that is to the left of the line “I Have Read and Agree to the Privacy Policy” that you need to click. It’s hard to see on a computer. I had to move to a mobile device to see it.
