I wasn’t expecting much when I bought this as the price was very low. We use this knife mostly to cut/fillet fresh caught fish, but also use it on tomatoes and other stuff because it’s just a superb knife. Literally since we bought this knife a year ago it is used almost daily. Love the cover too, because this knife is sharp. LOVE IT!
This knife was so cheap that I didn’t expect it to be much. But surprisingly it’s a good little knife. We use it to clean fish with and it works well. It even holds its edge.
