Wayfair knowingly sent us a bed bug infested upholstered headboard. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase anything from a company that knowingly does this and then doesn’t take responsibility for their actions.

Bed bugs travel (clothing, furniture, bedding, etc) and can live nearly a year without food. While your story is possible, it’s more likely your infestation came from somewhere closer to home. So I don’t fault the company for not “taking responsibility.”
