Any body has had this brand? I was checking for d reviews in amazon n found one mentioning about kidney problem after consuming it, I want to buy a good protein powder as I have just started with workouts and a special diet which ask for protein shakes
I use this all the time and have for years. I like it!
I have this product. Kidney issues from excessive protein isn’t a brand specific issue from my understanding- too much protein can possibly damage kidneys. This is my second time purchasing this brand. Last time was a long time ago. No particular reason for gap; I just wasn’t using supplements. I have the Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass chocolate peanut butter flavor and I like it. It mixes well in my shaker cup, minimal to no clumps at all. I add water and 1 scoop (I may do two scoops later, dk) and it taste good. Haven’t used long enough this time to know if it’s helping me gain with.
I used this powder and really liked it. It tastes good. But when I went to buy more at Costco a couple months ago I looked closer at the ingredients and wasn’t happy that it has sucralose and red 40.
