Caroline, I’m getting my orders promptly now after the pandemic slowdown and I order often. If you haven’t received something you should call and ask about it. 1-877-250-5823 I find them very helpful and ready to rectify problems. I get an email confirmation, email when part of order has shipped and email when things have been delivered. If you use the app you can easily check the status of an order, points rewarded , etc. I hope you get this fixed. I would also suggest that you sign up with FedEx for notifications when packages are expected and when they are delivered. At least in my area Walgreens uses FedEx.

The last time Walgreens offered Free Ship it was during the height of the pandemic and offered as a thank you to the customers for waiting while they prioritized getting drugs to their pharmacy customers dependent on mail, etc. I’m frequently upset with Walgreens but they did their best in a very challenging framework. Bless the warehouse workers for all they do.

I paid with PayPal and my total was $12.09 on my walgreens receipt. Then I got an email from PayPal saying I was charged $23. Anyone know why??

It did this before to me too. Like I got the bill for the amount before coupons but I was only charged for the right amount when I looked at my credit card statement. It was strange and I slightly panicked when I saw it.

I just realized that being logged into my Walgreens rewards account is not the same as being logged into my Walgreens account. You have to be logged into both in order for all of the promotions to work. Sorry for the mix up, and thank you for these great deals.
