I have two of these. I keep expecting one to die, but they have lasted more than 5 years!! And they WORK! The roller attachment is the only thing that works on my carpeted stairs to get all the cat fur.
We literally just got this 2 weeks ago! It’s so strong you have to hold on tight when you turn it on. LOL! It turns super easy and takes getting used to, but I love it! I vacuumed with my old one then the new one right after and it picked up so much more! Highly recommend.

I bought a Shark vacuum in March. After 3.5 months, it quit working (the brush stopped rolling, so it wouldn’t work on carpet.) I called Shark and was told I need a $120 part that isn’t covered by the 5 year warranty. Three months!!! And they won’t stand behind it. I will not purchase another Shark.
