I bought this brand at Costco recently (“Coconut Oil, Daily Hydration”) and it is really terrible. It is very rare that I will not just use a shampoo/conditioner set if I have already bought it…however this stuff is kinda terrible! The shampoo smells fine in the bottle, but when used it makes your hair smell like perm chemicals – like strong 80s flashback in-the-salon kind of stink!!! LOL It would be funny if it weren’t so smelly 😉 ! As if that isn’t enough, it just doesn’t really feel like it cleans very well (about as good as a water rinse…better than nothing?), and the conditioner is very light (it doesn’t do any conditioning!). Hopefully the Walgreens sets are different.
I really like the coconut hibiscus line. I have dry and frizzy hair. That shampoo, when used infrequently of course, did not damage my hair unlike most shampoos.
