Hi there! The store coupon lists – “Limit one coupon per customer per offer.” The other manufacturer digital coupon has a limit of 1. Hope this helps!

I’m a long time Walgreens shopper. The Walgreens coupons whether you clip the paper copy or the digital coupon apply to multiple items—so yes you can buy 3 packs and the Walgreens coupon will come off three times. The manufacturers digital coupon will only come off one time. I have no idea if a newspaper or printable manufacturer’s coupon exists for the Scott but the Walgreens coupon would double stack with those if they existed to the limits of what is stated on the coupon. The wording on the Walgreens coupon is misleading in my opinion.
