Hi Nancy! It appears the offer should apply for your after your Extra Bucks are applied.
The FAQ section of the rebate states the following: “For offers that require a minimum purchase amount, coupons and store rewards will be deducted from your purchase total.” I interpret that as you have to stay above $50 after ECBs.

Can the items be purchased from any store or does it have to be CVS?
For the deals listed above, you need to purchase from CVS. If you just want to do the $15 rebate from P&G, you can use other stores.
The $5/2 mf coupon excludes bar soap but in the scenario it says to purchase to bar soaps. Please explain.
