   question?

   I purchased two items and they arrived at the store, but I never got an email for pick up. This has been 5 days from the delivery date already. Does anyone else have the same issue with the store pick up?

   The customer service at the store said that the items have not arrived yet, but the tracking number showed that the items arrived at the store already.
