This is better than I paid day after halloween in the store! I found five variety bags that were normally about $10 for $2.48! Thanks for posting this. Now I should be set for Christmas and Easter 🙂

      You’re so welcome, Beth!

    • Eww

      Lol hard, stale candy

      • Amy

We do this every year and the candy is still perfect.

The stuff I bought in store has dates of summer of 2021 and some even had dates of 2022 and 2023. The candy is perfectly fine still this Christmas and next Easter. And it sure saves a lot of money to buy it this way rather than a couple weeks prior to the holiday.

Eww, check the expiration dates. Hard candy has a long shelf life. Chocolate can keep for a few months after the holiday. Candy will also keep for a number of months after the best by date storage is key. For example you can avoid sugar bloom by keeping chocolate in a dry place. You can avoid fat bloom by storing it at a steady 65-68 degrees Fahrenheit. Bloom is the white powdery substance you sometimes see on chocolate. Unless it’s just for personal consumption, don’t freeze or refrigerate chocolate and be careful never to store it next to things that could dis flavor it (onions, mint patties, etc).

For me when i click the link the Hershey Halloween Assortment Stand Up Bag 210-Count is showing $25 not $7.37 and the Assorted SweeTarts, Laffy Taffy, Nerds, Gobstopper Halloween Candy Variety Pack 250-Count is showing $13 not $7.37 :/

Hmm, maybe check back once more and be sure to login to your account. I still find these available as listed above when I click through each link. Hoping you can grab them!
