Do we know if Ulta will be having a Black Friday type of sale? I want to say it is a % off or something in previous years. I need a few things and wondering if I should wait to see what their sale is before I place an order? This $ amount off is great for Ulta though!
I buy, hold on to it until Black Friday and just return it if it is a better deal then.
Apparently there are some exclusions. I have a cart full of the travel size hair products 3 for $10 and the code wont work. :/
