Brinks Steel Door Security Bar Only $14.99 on Walmart.com | Fits Most Sliding & Hinged Doors
Walmart has deals on it all!
Head on over to Walmart.com where you can score this Brinks Commercial Adjustable Heavy-Duty Steel Door Security Bar for only $14.99 (regularly $21.99)!
This seems like an awesome deal as Amazon currently has this same security bar priced at $30.80.
It features a heavy-duty 20-gauge steel bar, and can expand from 25″ up to 43″. Plus it can adjust to fit most standard French doors, sliding doors, hinged doors, and bi-fold design doors. The security bar is easy to install and remove, simply prop the bar under the Door Knob or between the sliding or hinged doors as the rubber base locks into place. This might be a great idea to take with you when traveling, or even for a dorm room.

We are very happy with the Brinks Commercial Adjustable Heavy Duty Steel Door Security Bar. We have had another bar that we have had for many years, but only had one. We decided we wanted several more for other doors in our home. These looked like a great product, so we ordered 3 of them. We were happy to see the quality and strength of them and feel very safe with them when they are on our doors. We would highly recommend these door bars.
The Brinks Commercial Adjustable Heavy-Duty Steel Door Security Bar is one sure solid way to keep intruders out. Once set in place (which a simple thing to do) you can sleep in peace. It helps to keep my mother with Dementia from getting outside when she should not. We bought one also for our granddaughter who lives in an apartment complex. Easy to install and easy to take with if you are traveling as well.

For the sliding door, I went to Home Depot and had them cut a wood rod the the length I needed. Way cheaper! 😊
Lol I was thinking the same
I use the same thing. My cats are tearing it up so thinking a metal one might be the better option.
Same here!
We used a leftover 2×4 from a previous project cut down to size. It works great + free!
Be careful using wood unless it’s wedged in the opening. When I would forgot my house key in high school I would pop out the wood piece with a hanger. When we bought our first house I bought one of these and it’s great. Just an FYI.
Was just going to respond with the same. Saw on one of those 20/20 specials years ago that you can pop the wood off with a coat hanger and sure enough I tried it and it worked! Good if you’re locked out not good if you don’t want to get robbed!
Very cool product! They should have these in every classroom!!!!
We have them in all of the classrooms in the school I work at.
